Of the 3 options none is preferable to me – they are all equally acceptable

1. From the moment Darius’s death became suspicious there was a suggestion (possibly false) that those behind it also represented a threat to Philomena. This is supported by the fact that last session Thanos recognised the description of the man who led in the carts as the man who attacked him. There is no proof of this but it suggests that, for the time being, on the diagram “Investigate Darius’s death” should occupy a similar position to “Investigate attack on Thanos”, with a probable link between the two i.e. it is driven by character goals 2 & 3 (numbering from top to bottom)

2. Given that other avenues appear to have been blocked (or there’s no viable way forward that I can see), investigating Darius’s death seems to be the only one of the lines of enquiry I’m currently following that has got me any closer to identifying the threat to both Philomena and the people of the city generally (i.e. what’s going on?). So rather than ‘latching on’ as such, in some respects Rhadamanthus is merely pursuing this in lieu of a better line of enquiry.

This may reflect somewhat the point I raised after last session about feeling that I was floundering a little to identify ways forwards i.e. how to progress towards my character goals?
